Features and benefits

Automatic drill hole measurement

Hole detection and measurement eliminate the need for physical adapters, ensuring precise and repeatable results. By reducing manual effort and minimising errors, it streamlines workflows, enhances efficiency, and prevents tube damage.

Integrated screen

The built-in screen in TubeInspect gives you real-time feedback during part insertion, helping you achieve precise placement and positioning. It displays measurement results in your operator's field of view, improving usability, efficiency, and overall productivity.

Database API (Application Programming Interface)

You can seamlessly integrate TubeInspect with ERP systems using the database API, which enables automatic data transfer. This guarantees that you get consistent, reliable data and smooth workflow synchronisation.

Workstation accessories

TubeInspect’s ergonomic workstation includes a touchscreen, QR scanner, and storage for peripheral equipment, creating an organised and operator-friendly workspace that simplifies your daily operations.

CAD import of rectangular parts

TubeInspect supports CAD import for rectangular and circular part geometries, reducing the time it takes you to set up. This feature ensures you get flexibility in handling diverse geometries while maintaining smooth workflow transitions.

Energy saving mode

Automatically activated after periods of inactivity, the energy-saving mode extends maintenance intervals and lowers your operational costs. You can set the timing so it fits in with your workflows to improve the lifespan of your equipment.

Certified calibration

ISO 17025 certified calibration ensures consistent quality across all TubeInspect cells, keeping your production lines running smoothly and efficiently.

QR and barcode scanner

TubeInspect automates part selection and data entry with a single scan. This reduces human error, streamlines your workflows, and accelerates production cycles with faster part identification.

LED status bar

The intuitive LED status bar provides you with clear visual cues on operating stages using colour changes. It guides operators efficiently, reduces operational uncertainty, and enhances workflow intuitiveness.

Temperature compensation

TubeInspect ensures you get accurate results even in fluctuating environments with advanced temperature compensation. This feature mitigates the effects of environmental changes, guaranteeing consistent performance in harsh conditions.

Embedded TubeInspect CPU

Powered by an independent operating system, TubeInspect’s CPU avoids downtime associated with Windows updates. This ensures you get reliable system performance and smooth operations on the shop floor.

Software-guided parts positioning

Your operators receive guided instructions for accurate part placement during inspections. This reduces alignment errors, ensures reliable measurements, and simplifies the inspection process.

Glass reference surface

The innovative three-dimensional glass reference surface provides exceptional stability and durability, making it ideal for you to use on the shop-floor in demanding production environments.

Direct bender integration

Seamlessly link TubeInspect to bending machines for real-time corrections and workflow automation. This feature helps you to simplify setup, reduce adjustment loops, and ensure accuracy across your production cycles.

Automation ready

Designed for modern production lines, TubeInspect supports full automation with features like automated workflows, rapid part identification, and seamless integration with collaborative robots.

Real-time asset management

Every tube and wire system is compatible with the Metrology Asset Manager solution, allowing you to monitor your system's health and performance in real time from anywhere in the world, giving you peace of mind as you work in the field.
